Who we are

What we collect
- Your name, e-mail and phone number.
- Your company (optional).
- What you ticked in the form: the course, training for your team, the site audit, custom software.
- Basic technical data needed to run the page (IP address in server logs) and anonymous visit statistics from Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies.
Why, and on what legal basis
- To e-mail you the AI for Project Management guide you asked for, based on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).
- To contact you about what you ticked (by e-mail or phone), based on your consent. If you ticked nothing, we only send the guide.
- To keep the page running and secure (server logs, protection against spam), based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
We do not sell your details, we do not add you to a newsletter, and we do not show your name anywhere.
Who receives your details
- Andrei Ciobanu (Andrei & Claudiu), who gave the talk with us, only if you tick the site audit, so you can be contacted about it. For that, Andrei Ciobanu acts as a separate controller.
- Vercel Inc. hosts the page and runs the form (processor; data may be processed in the US under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace) sends and stores our e-mails (processor; transfers covered by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
How long we keep them
Up to one year from our last interaction with you, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. If you become a client, the contract and tax rules then apply.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, restrict or object to their use, take a copy of them, and withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting what we did before. The easiest way: reply to our e-mail or write to hello@cleancodeculture.com. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
